Tips to avoid Zoom fatigue during interview season

  • Sit by a window with ample lighting

  • Pick an outfit that not only exudes confidence, but one that you’re comfortable wearing

  • Hug a furry pet nearby, or a household member during breaks!

  • Celebrate after each interview. You deserve it!

  • Dance it out. Turn off that webcam, play your favorite song, and let loose!

  • Decorate your wall/desk: candles, art, framed pictures, inspirational quotes

  • Check in with others who are also going through this interview season!

  • Snacks!

  • Fresh air for 30 minutes

  • Meditation: Deep breaths between each interview.  Focus on that breath!  Activate your parasympathetic nervous system and breathe!

  • Exercise - sweat it out!

  • Recall your intention:  Why are you doing this?  Who has inspired you? Put pictures of these wonderful folks all around you.
